I created my store since I wanted to make myself shiny, pretty fandom pins and wanted to share with everyone else too!
All items ship out from California, USA through USPS and comes with a tracking number.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted for US shipments one (1) week after shipment has been delivered. I will not be responsible for the shipping cost of sending returned items to me. After I receive the returned items, I will issue a full refund.
I do not offer refunds or replacements if packages do not arrive due to incorrect address details.
Exchanges cannot be made in case the pin grade you originally purchased has run out of stock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All international sales are final and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications once payment has been made.
The only exception for refunds is if I can't ship to your country due to post office restrictions, I'll notify you and refund the whole order.
